At Saint-Aldo, every piece is handled with care. From the moment your order is placed, our team ensures your artwork is protected, packaged, and delivered securely to your door.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Each order is prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom-framed or special orders may take slightly longer.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days 
    • International: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs)
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout, based on destination and size of the artwork.
  • Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your piece on its journey.
  • Packaging: Works are shipped in protective, gallery-grade packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

Our artworks are made and framed to order. Because of this, all sales are final.
That said, your satisfaction matters:

  • If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saintaldoframes@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size choice, or slight variations in color (different screens may display colors differently).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your piece is damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.
