Refund Policy
Every Saint-Aldo piece is crafted or framed to order. For that reason, all sales are final.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, size choice errors, or slight color variations due to screen displays.

Process: Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Welcome to Saint-Aldo. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:
- Products: Each artwork is printed and/or framed to order. Slight variations in finish, framing, or color may occur. These are not considered defects.
- Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Shipping: We provide estimated delivery times, but delays caused by carriers, customs, or global events are outside our control.
- Intellectual Property: All artworks are the property of the original artists and Saint-Aldo. Buyers receive the right to display purchased pieces, but not to reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.
- Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of business, resale issues). Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order itself.
- Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the latest version.
